Nebula Decision Guide
More outreach does not fix a broken revenue process.
Before increasing volume, verify that the target account, problem, offer, next action, and conversion measurement are coherent. Otherwise scale mostly amplifies noise.
Diagnostic questions
- Is the ICP specific enough to disqualify bad-fit accounts?
- Does each outbound message map to one plausible buyer problem and one offer?
- Does every account have exactly one next action?
- Are replies, opt-outs, recent touches, and stale opportunities reconciled before follow-up?
- Can you measure qualified replies, purchases, fulfilled revenue, refunds, and expansion separately?
When a paid engagement makes sense
Use the revenue-operations sprint when positioning, CRM workflow, lifecycle messaging, sales enablement, content/SEO, or funnel instrumentation need to be rebuilt as one bounded system.
